Foreign IT-specialists will be allowed to get a Russian permanent residence permit following a simplified procedure.
The permanent residence permit will be granted without the need to get a temporary residence permit first.
To follow the new procedure an IT-specialist shall have a valid employment or services contract with an IT-company certified by the Russian government.
The residence permits will be also granted to the family of the IT-specialist, including grandparents.
