MOSCOW: REQUIREMENT TO WORK FROM HOME CANCELLED

On January 27, 2021 Moscow government has cancelled the requirement that at least 30% of employees shall work from home. This requirement was introduced in October 2020 to fight COVID-19.
Companies shall not anymore provide reports on the number of employees working from home.
Companies are now free to determine how many employees shall work from home and office/production site.
Moscow has also cancelled the obligation to be closed at night for restaurants, bars, discos, and other entertainments. However, the COVID-related sanitary requirements remain in force.
The situation with COVID in Moscow improves: the average daily amount of newly COVID-infected is about 2-3 thousand; about 50% of COVID-hospitals are unoccupied.
