MOSCOW COMPANIES SHALL VACCINATE 60% OF EMPLOYEES

Moscow government has obliged Moscow companies to provide that at least 60% of employees shall be vaccinated.
The requirement applies to the companies active in the following fields: retail and wholesale, beauty, massage and SPA salons, domestic services, catering, postal services and courier activities, transport, health care, social services, education, energy and utilities, cultural and exhibition events, leisure and entertainment activities, cinemas.

It is strongly recommended to check in the companies’ register if your company has one of the types of activities listed above (intentionally, historically or by mistake).
The requirement applies to all employees, including those on vacation, business trip, working from home, working on the basis of a civil (non-employment) agreement.

Employees shall be vaccinated with a Russian vaccine.

Companies shall file reports on the web site of the Moscow government – mos.ru. The report on vaccination with the first component of the vaccine shall be filed by July 15, 2021; with the second component – by August 15, 2021.
Non-compliance with the vaccination and report requirements may entail the penalty of 200.000 – 500.000 rubles or prohibition to conduct business up to 90 days.
