Starting from December 29, 2021 a simple power of attorney (PoA) may be cancelled online.
To cancel a PoA, the principal shall file an online application at the web site of the Federal Notary Chamber. The application shall be signed with electronic signature.
All parties are considered notified on the cancellation of the PoA once the information is published online.
Before that a simple PoA could be cancelled by sending a cancellation notice to the attorney and by publishing a notice in a special periodical.
The list of cancelled PoAs will be available at www.notariat.ru.
