Russian Ministry of Finance starts an experimental service “Business start online”.
It is expected that the new service will allow to register a business online in one day:
– to register oneself as an individual businessman;
– to register a limited liability company with a sole shareholder (the shareholder is also the company’s CEO);
– to open a bank account;
– to get a digital signature.
The service will be tested within September 1, 2023 and May 31, 2025.
