Juri Semiletopulo
Attorney (Munich, Germany), partner
Juri is a German lawyer in Munich and a partner at m|legal (Moscow, Russia). He focuses on the firm’s management, interim management and corporate law.
Juri advises international and German clients in corporate law with a focus on incorporation and implementation of complex compliance structures, accreditation of branches and representative offices and insolvency administration. He is qualified in both German and Russian law and is very active in the fields of German-Russian business and German investments in Russia.
Juri is a member of the German-Russian Lawyers Association.
Before founding m|legal, Juri was Attorney by Brand & Partner (Moscow), Attorney by Rödl & Partner (Moscow), where he was responsible for start-ups and interim management. Juri speaks German, English and Russian.

Sergey Kerosinsky

Sergey is a Russian qualified lawyer and partner at m|legal (Moscow, Russia). While focusing on M&A and joint ventures, Sergey has a more than 15 years’ experience in supporting international clients in all fields of law: commercial, tax, IP, labor and migration as well as international arbitration.
Before joining m|legal Sergey was a senior associate at Pavia e Ansaldo (international law firm Italian origins), associate by Rödl & Partner (international law firm German origins) and senior lawyer by Registrar NIKoil (Russian professional stock market participant).
Sergey speaks English, German, Italian and Russian.
