Russian tax authority has updated its online service for business registration (https:\/\/service.nalog.ru\/gosreg).
\nFrom now on the service allows not only to register a Russian company, but also to amend the information on the company in the companies\u2019 register and to update its articles of association.
\nThe online service helps a user to avoid mistakes and controls that all applications are filled-in correctly. State duties may be also paid online.
\nAfter the application is filled-in, it shall be signed electronically and filed online to the tax authority.
