Gosuslugi.ru provides easy access and communications with almost all Russian authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from 2021 gosuslugi.ru will also provide the possibility to file a lawsuit via an automated procedure.<\/p>\n<p>The new service will help citizens, companies, and authorities to draft an application (based on one of standard forms) and to pay the state duty.<\/p>\n<p>The service will automatically fill in the information on litigation participants and check the legal capacity of the plaintiff.<\/p>\n<p>Having analyzed the application and the attached documents, the service will automatically determine the competent court and file the suit.<\/p>\n<p>The service will be upgraded with new features (including online access to litigation documents and online participation in hearings) till the end of 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Russian government reports on the possibility to file a lawsuit online via the governmental online service gosuslugi.ru.
